Leaving every day at 4 pm, you can escape from the crowded streets of Florence to experience life as a local as you zip around the stunning Tuscan countryside on a REAL Vespa (with automatic gears)!
The tour is perfect for all skill levels. We start with a lesson on operating the Vespa on a private road, allowing beginners to get comfortable with driving.
After the lesson, the real fun begins!
We will zip through the winding country roads and stop for pictures along the way. You won’t want to forget your camera on this trip, the sights are incredible and you will be in the heart of the Tuscan region of Chianti!
After our picture break, we will continue driving until we return to a traditional family-run Tuscan winery where you will learn about how the Chianti wine and olive oil are created.
The cantina visit will be followed by a wine tasting, where you will get the chance to sample wines and olive oil made on-site. Above all you won’t feel like just another tourist, you will get to explore Chianti like a local!

Tour departs at 4:00 pm from our shop in Via dei Pandolfini 31/red in the centre of Florence, and is up to 4 hours duration (total tour duration, not riding time). Please note that the return time may vary based on group size and skill level of drivers.
Taste traditional Tuscan Chianti wine, explore and learn about this historic, family owned vineyard and the process which creates this special wine. With your wine you will enjoy a classic Tuscan aperitivo and taste some of the beautiful olive oil also produced on site (we can accomodate dietary requirements).
You will be accompanied by tour guides fluent in both English and Italian, eager to have fun and showcase this beautiful region and culture.
We ensure that all guests are safe and comfortable while driving the Vespa, training is included on a private road before heading out on the Tuscan roads.
Transportation from our shop to the tour location and back is included, you will be driven in a comfortable, air conditioned van. Please let us know if you have any special requirements.

We operate our tours all year round, no matter the season!
You must have a valid physical drivers license to drive the Vespa, a regular car license is all you require (no International Drivers Permit or motorbike license required). Drivers must be 18 years of age. If you do not have a license don't worry, you can always join as a passenger of someone who does.

1. No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your reservation, you automatically forfeit any and all deposits or payments made towards the booking.
2. Rain Policy: In the case of inclement weather, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or payment as long as you show up for the reservation at 10 am. If you do not show up to confirm the cancellation you automatically forfeit any and all deposits or payments made towards the booking.
3. Cancellations: All guests can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the tour and receive a full refund of the deposit.
4. A deposit of 20% is paid online. The student discount will be taken into account upon payment at the shop on the day of the tour. You must have a valid student ID and be under 25 for the student discount
