Upon arrival at the winery by comfortable van transport from Florence, you will have the opportunity to tour this historic winery and the cantina to discover their wine and olive oil production.
After that, grab a glass of wine and your chef’s hat and get ready to dive into the cooking class (Because what fun is cooking without a glass of wine in hand).
You will whip up your very own plate of pasta that you can enjoy during lunch. When your hands are nice and tired, take a break to participate in a cooking demonstration and learn how to make a traditional Italian sauce, just like Nonna! Throughout the cook, your guide will introduce you to traditional wine pairings.
Once the food is ready, sit down to toast with your new friends and celebrate your hard work! Relax and enjoy your very own creations as they are served for lunch. The lunch will include the pasta you prepared earlier, plus other traditional Italian delicacies and plenty of wines paired with your meals!
During lunch, you will get to taste both the olive oil and sip on multiple wines produced by the winery.
After lunch, you will be transported back to Florence by van, with your new recipes in hand!
We depart at 10:00 am from our shop in Via dei Pandolfini 31/red in the centre of Florence and usually we return around 2:00 or 3:00 pm. Please note that the return time may vary.
Drink traditional Tuscan Chianti wines, explore and learn about this historic, family owned winery and the process which creates this special wine. With your wine you will enjoy the food which you have prepared along with other Italian delicacies. During lunch you can taste the olive oil and various wines produced at this historic winery (we can accomodate dietary requirements).
You will be accompanied by tour guides fluent in both English and Italian, eager to have fun and showcase this beautiful region and culture.
Transportation from our shop to the tour location and back is included, you will be driven in a comfortable, air conditioned van. Please let us know if you have any special requirements.

1. No Show Policy: If you do not show up for your reservation, you automatically forfeit any and all deposits or payments made towards the booking.
2. Rain Policy: In the case of inclement weather, you will receive a full refund of your deposit or payment as long as you show up for the reservation at 10 am. If you do not show up to confirm the cancellation you automatically forfeit any and all deposits or payments made towards the booking.
3. Cancellations: All guests can cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the tour and receive a full refund of the deposit.
4. A deposit of 20% is paid online. The balance you will pay on the day of the tour.
